| You'll probably have to wait a good 20 minutes for your burger at this Manly burger bar, but that's a good thing. It means it's cooked to order and built from scratch. It also explains why there are always so many people hanging around outside, waiting with you. They know that when they order the Aussie burger, they're going to get a just-grilled prime-beef patty with good cheddar cheese, streaky bacon, fried egg, beetroot, lettuce, tomato sauce and aioli, all as snug as a bug in a lightly crisped bread roll ($11.50). | |
