| After coming second to the Rockpool wagyu burger in last year's Time Out burger wars grill-off, this very cheesy cheeseburger ($24) graduated from the bar menu of Neutral Bay Bar & Dining to star billing on the restaurant menu proper. It's not for the faint-hearted (think a super-thick 200-gram patty of full-fat beef, lots of strong melting cheese, raw shallot, sharp pickle and rich aioli served with hand-cut potato chips), but if you're going to have a cheeseburger, have a cheeseburger, damn it. | |
