| While everybody goes on about the gorgeous beer-battered fish and chips here, the burger has quietly crept onto the collective radar to win its own fan base. The excellent beef patty is nicely crusty, topped with beetroot tapenade, bacon, egg, fresh tomato, lettuce and chilli jam, stacked high in a good, substantial bun ($22). For that, you get great thick-cut chips thrown in, and the chance to linger longer over some of the best water views in the neighbourhood. | |
