| When the Merivale group opened The Fish Shop on the site of the old Lotus restaurant, there was no way they were going to take Dan Hong's Famous Cheeseburger off the menu. But in an effort to go with the fishy flow, chef Jeremy Strode added a crumbed-fish burger, of rich, fleshy mulloway, smoky grilled bacon, pickled jalape?os and Sriracha chilli sauce in a squishy, dude-food bun ($18.50). | |
