| Review from The Sydney Morning Herald: | |
| By far the cutest of Sydney's food-truck fleet is the barn-like Veggie Patch van, complete with herb garden and rooftop solar panels. Owners Milenka Osen and Georgie Swift serve up a knockout vegetarian burger that tells tofu and tempeh to go jump, building itself around a golden zucchini and chickpea fritter instead. Further layers of beetroot relish, slow-roasted tomatoes, caramelised onions, spinach, coriander and a dill-cumin mayonnaise in a grain-strewn wholemeal bun ($10.50) make it a burger worth hitting the road for. | |
